NIP DEMOLITIONS
We have razed over 180 residential properties in Salem, East Liverpool, and Wellsville under a grant program known as the Neighborhood Initiative Program (NIP).
DTAC DEMOLITIONS
We have razed many other properties across the county using Delinquent Tax Assessment and Collection (DTAC) Funds.
Rehabilitations
We have facilitated the rehabilitation of 20 properties across the county, partnering with qualified rehabbers.
Economic Development Projects
We also help put property back into productive use with appropriate partners.
Mow-To-Own
Residents can add to their side lots by mowing a property owned by the Land Bank.
Beautification Projects
We help local governments with projects which make their communities more beautiful places in which to live.
